I just received my book and, although the content seems like it would help, the only problem that I anticipate having is with regard to the binding. As a perfect-bound book, it makes it difficult to actually write in it without breaking the binding so that the book will lay flat. I will update my review as I begin to use the book.

My handwriting's still nothing to, um, write home about but it really has improved a lot with this book. I've only done the first section of exercises and haven't had time to get to the rest, but I like the practice format and the clear examples and how the authors incorporate some very interesting historical information about orthography and writing systems from around the world. It certainly makes the practice process entertaining and educational.

Just started, so far a real adventure.

I was frustrated that I couldn't write quickly and legibly. The cursive I was taught in elementary school was too elaborate and slow (cursive is supposed to be faster than printing). I wrote faster but my writing was so bad, I had trouble reading it myself. I felt funny learning to write again as an adult. But this book helped me to write faster than I did before, but at the same time, so clearly that even others could read my writing. Now I enjoy writing and am happy with the way it looks.

I have five sons. The only one of the older ones who never uses joined-up writing is the one to whom I taught looped cursive, before I learned of italic. The other 4 learned Italic through the Getty-Dubay series and are often complimented on their nice penhand.A K-9 charter school we started here in the Rocky Mountain states finally switched over to Getty-Dubay Italic and the improvement in the children's penhand has been noticed by everyone.Looped cursive programs do not offer the content and historical background that the G-D series does. In every book children learn about the history of letters, learn about grammar, poetry, history, geography. It is a very complete program and also VERY FAIRLY priced. I usually have my sons do a book more than once and it is affordable to do that as each book is less than $7.Most children create a form of italic on their own, and abandon looped cursive methods as soon as they are allowed to. It makes sense to teach them the real thing - a single program, an italic method that will leave them with good printing and legible joined letters.The gentleman who complained about being abused by teachers for his penmanship was really someone who had bad teachers. . . not someone who was taught a bad penmanship method!!!!! Bad, stupid teachers don't make a program or system bad.Get just one of these books (book E, F, G) and review it yourself.

I've read every Jason Reynolds book published (except for the Spiderman one which I'll get to next). This is the most powerful one yet. The poetry is tight, not a word wasted. I found myself reading lines outline over and over to hear them roll off the tongue. The plot is clever and refreshingly different. The message, the voices, the themes are powerful. The whole world should read this tale and learn how violence begets more violence and swallows us up not whole but very broken. I wanted to get in the elevator with Will, hold him like his mother would have, cry with him, and lead him away from the tragic tradition that he felt compelled to continue. Thank you, Jason Reynolds, for your wisdom and the voices you create! The world needs this book. And PLEASE keep writing!

Although some have understandably called this tale a modern retelling of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, and to some extent it is, but it is much more than that. Literature teachers will certainly delight in the many lessons that are taught throughout this creative tale, readers are simply drawn in by the delight it is to read. Although there are a few profanities scattered in the telling, they do not draw attention away from the story and in fact, Mr. Reynolds uses them to add appropriate realism to his characters. Written for teens, this novel is enjoyable for both adults and teens, as evident by the fact our entire family read it and have had many animated conversations over dinner on the meaning of the ending. Highly recommend Long Way Down and look forward to reading more of Jason Reynolds in the very near future.

Incredibly enlightening book and a must have for anyone looking for a career in this field. Worth the money for sure.

The new and updated version of the Radiochemistry book is a well structured and comprehensive book, good for grasping the fundaments of nuclear chemistry!In it's new format, the text is much easier to read, the figures easier to use and some correction to previous pictures offer a much better understanding of the concepts.Also, the rearrangement of chapters makes more sense and is easier to follow.The cover picture is a really eye catcher, good job with that! :)Definitely recommended!

The characters, Nikolai and Nina, are interesting, well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written with a happily ever after. I especially like the extended epilogues. In addition to receiving an arc, I purchased the book for my collection.

A teacher and a student romance. Steamy and hot, but very romantic and captivating. I like their chemistry is coming through as much as it does. You can almost see the sparks fly. Sometimes the heroin annoyed my because of her actions and independent behaviour and lack of thinking to solve problems herself. But luckily she improves through the story.A very well written story with great storyline and plot. I like it is written in dual POV because that gives the reader more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. It makes the story feel more realistic. Likeable, well described characters who develops nicely through the story. The epilogues ares very welcomed because that shows a bit of what happens next. A story with instant attraction and instant love.It is a fast paced story but mixed with great chemistry, passion and attraction, it is a read that is worth the time and very entertaining.

This story is nail biting good from the first chapter. You can almost feel the biting cold of the Russian wind.The near miss of a fatal accident, heart stopping.The love of a daughter, heartbresking.The last minute timing, off a first glance magical.This book is slow burning.Alpha male✔ naive virgin ✔ a desperate parent ✔There are romantic gestures, ah ha moments and even a mention of a scenario from another one of this authors books.This is a one way Instalove at first, then of course this authors nack for detailed information about, laws, scenery, weather or the beliefs of the country or city the story is in.The HEA comes quick and steamy. Great book!! Gave me a new way of looking at my spiritual walk. I know it is controversial about whether or not Rick Joyner should make some of the clams he dose in the book, but he says in the beginning that this is just a vision God gave him and to not consider it more accurate or important than the Bible. We can learn something from anyone, just make sure it lines up with what God says in His word. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you discernment when you read this book or anything else. Take what points you to Jesus and leave what does not. That's what I do and I got a lot out of this book.

This book has a similar aspect as the Bible. It is not fully understood in one reading. The SPIRITUAL truths contained within need to be studied. When the many SPIRITUAL truths are digested, it brings a deep, profound enlightenment of the nature of GOD. With a new found knowledge of the SPIRITUAL NATURE of GOD, the reader will be able to draw closer to GOD through obedience to the Word of GOD & become a viable doer of the Word.While salvation is free, the eternal heavenly rewards are earned by the reader by what is done to glorify GOD after the reader is born again into the family of GOD. The eternal position of the reader in heaven is determined by what the reader does in the flesh in glorifying God after salvation & before the first death.The reader's creation by GOD can be summed up in three words, "TO GLORIFY GOD" as found in Isaiah 43:7. One of the greatest SPIRITUAL lessons This writer ever learned was when he was asked by a young Christian couple to name every sin that there was so that they would not commit them & the follow up question was to name everything that was righteous so that they could do them. The couple folded their arms & stared at me.God did speak to this writer & told him to ask the couple if they believed that they were created or if they believed they evolved from a monkey or if their origins emanated from a big bang eons ago. Although the couple were young Christians of about three months, when they did answer that they believed that they were created beings, then GOD spoke one word, "WHY?"The couple gave a litany of good carnal reasons before the Lord spoke again. He said, "There are only four ways to Glorify Me--your thoughts, your words, your attitude & your conduct. The Lord spoke again & said, "There are only four ways to sin against me--your thoughts, your words, your attitude & your conduct". Then GOD spoke the meaning, "The motive of the heart determines whether one is walking righteously before Me or whether one is sinning against Me". With GOD's answer, the couple unfolded their arms & said, "Now we understand". They then got up & left the office. Do you understand?

The Final Quest by Rick Joyner is based on a vision he had of the final battle between good and evil. Somewhat of an allegory and somewhat like a near death experience this book looks at how Yeshua sees us and how we see ourselves on earth. And shows us how be can be so much more! What I particularly liked was the parts about recognizing those you lived in heaven...that those relationships continue.

Yes, there are several questions about what Rick Joyner experienced, but there can be no doubt that God is speaking to His church through this writing.Oh that we would hear and heed the message.Oh that we would see our shortcomings and weep.Oh that we would love God, truly love God.Beautiful message that, while it doesn't quote Holy Scripture extensively, is obviously rooted in it.Read, and then read again.

This book has a lot of interesting imagery and really helps you understand the gravity of what God says about himself in the Bible. I caution anyone reading this to study the Bible thoroughly. If taken as fiction or allegory, this book can be very entertaining and give some good perspective. However, I take exception to the idea that this dream written out by the author was meant to be used as a guide from God.

This is the second most favorite christian book of all time, with the Bible being the first. The chapter on love and truth was so amazing that my heart was and still is captivated by the power of walking in love as demonstrated by the Lord Himself and it is one of the most remarkable piece of literature I have ever read. Every single paragraph is just filled with so much life and heavenly conviction that is not condemning but it rather releases you to walk and fulfill in your calling and desire more of Jesus every day. I recommend this for every christian.

Sounds like God speaking thru symbolism's... if u have an understanding of Gods symbolisms you will find this insightful, helpful and gives a desire to know God in greater ways. If you think of the word as carnal.natural.literal then you wont get this book - start with something more basic to learn parables, proverbs, symbolisms first.... The ountain is a place of learning and we r to all go up the mountain of learning deeper truths - and to know there r secret ways to go higher faster is helpful in my search for more of Him... and to know Gods church is not fitted with all their armor, being spewed upon and not using their God given weapons leads me to learn more about our armor and putting it on.. peace, truth, faith, declaring the word, and prayer, mind of Christ...
