I like this book but-- I expected more instant recipes about a third of this book is slow cooking and doesn't help me at all. I have many slow cooker recipes and I didn't expect so many in this book. The recipes are good but not what I expected.

This cookbook is nothing at all what I thought it would be. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason how it’s put together and I found the recipes extremely complex with some ingredients I’ve never even heard of. I would return this book if it didn’t cost half the value to do so, therefore I will put it on as shelf to collect dust. Very disappointed with this item,

the hard cover might be good but the kindel version is a pain getting around

Many, many recipes are really just Slow Cooker recipes included because many instapots have that feature. All of the recipes I was first interested in making were based on Crock pots, and I did not get an instapot to cook food for 8 hours.

If you are reading this review know that this book overproduces when it comes to the amount of value placed in one book. The yummy slow cooker potato recipe was my favorite I made so far and plan on making as many as possible!

If you want to know more about how to lose weight and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body you better try this book. You will be able to discover some dishes that definitely healthy and delicious.

Have not used my instant pot yet but this book is going to be right there when I do.

Not a very good cook book. Not really detailed as far as using a instapot..
